This multinational business are nowseeking a Director of Talent acquisition to develop a largegroup recruitment function from scratch. This is a top level strategically focussed role and will attract the best in the market.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for top flight Recruitment Directors / Talent Acquisition Directors with 12 years in recruitment and at least 5 years in senior positions. you will have designed and successfully implemented recruitment strategies for multinational/global businesses and will have managed large recruitments teams -- 20 staff+ minimum. This key role will attract thebest in the region. Applicants who have not operated at Director/ Head of Recruitment level should not apply.
