This Head of Talent Management role will oversee the whole talent management function, including recruitment and learning and development. Reporting to the Group HR Director you will play an integral role in developing key Senior Leaders within the organisation. This Group level role will involve stream lining and adapting current policies and procedures on talent acquisition and training and training and development to enable the growth of this expanding company.
Who we're looking for
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
At least 15 - 20 years experience in a HR role, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on Talent Management
Demonstrated experience in Leadership Development.
Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably food.
Experience in the Middle East region.
Knowledge of local training providers.
