Our client is a global leading sports brand who are looking for a business development manager to join their global sales team, who can build long term partnerships with strategic alliances for financial purposes and marketing opportunities that will increase brand exposure. As the Business Development Manager - Enterprise Sales you are to develop contact strategies, identifying key decision makers and influencers at target accounts, and communicate the contact strategy throughout the sales team.

You will formulate and develop sales strategies for the marketing and optimal allocation of rights and exclusivity of rights to targeted accounts in order to increase brand exposure and improve financial gains. It is essential to select and qualify prospects based on detailed research and once the research is concluded you will be required to facilitate initial meetings with the executive sales management and senior management. You will manage the sales process, present benefits of partnership driving competitive interest in exclusive rights.
This position will require you to travel to the UK for a 6 month period for training on organizational processes and systems before returning to the Middle East to develop the business.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a highly effective and driven business development manager who can build long term relationships and manage a long sales process. Candidates must come from a multinational background selling professional services in a KPI driven environment. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with professionals at the C-suite level and selling solutions and services to senior executives. You will have complex negotiation skills and will have a strong track record of success in managing long term sales cycles.

You must be degree qualified with a minimum of 6 years professional experience in selling business services for a blue chip multinational company with a strong track record of success in the Middle East. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required for this opportunity.

This role will require you to travel extensively around the Middle East region.
