Reporting to the General Manager and with a dotted line to the Group CFO this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to take overall responsibility for finance function including the financial accounting, management accounting, IT and supply chain, in a fast paced and challenging market of a leading MNC business.

Role Objectives:
• To provide financial direction to the regional leadership team in accordance with the corporate vision and business strategy, providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business.
• To ensure accurate and timely financial and management reports are produced in line with company and legislative requirements.
• To influence and direct the business financially to enable it to achieve long term sustained profitability.
• To ensure effective management of risk and opportunity within the business to enable it to achieve planned profitability within a controlled framework.
• To promote both the regional and global culture of the business.

Role Responsibilities:
• Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting - to lead the annual budget process and then monitor the delivery of key financial budget targets through robust and regular performance reviews with businesses
• Strong financial controls, audit and compliance - responsible for maintaining a strong controlled environment. Ensuring compliance with Financial/Accounting principles, procedures and practices in the organisation, in line with legal, tax and corporate requirements
• Maximising cashflow generation
• Ensuring the recruitment, development and succession planning for members of the finance community throughout the region

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a experienced Finance Director or CFO who can join this Multinational business and make an instant impact.

You must meet the following criteria to be considered for this exciting position:

• International qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CPA or MBA
• Vast experience within a Global MNC business, ideally from the FMCG, manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in a senior finance position, looking after multiple functions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to win the respect and trust of colleagues and customers
• An ability to influence others at a senior level
• You need to posses a positive 'can do' attitude where you are happy to roll your sleeves up to achieve the desired results.
• A high level of commercial acumen is required that goes beyond merely reporting the financial numbers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Strong performance manager with drive and enthusiasm to succeed as part of a team and deliver outstanding results, with an ability to motivate others to be successful
• Middle East experience would be desirable, but those without will still be considered
