Business Development Manager - KSA

As Business Development Manager - KSA you will take the lead role in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for sales across the full suite of products within this growing specialist security systems business, your mandate will include:
• Define Sales Targets through both Direct and Indirect channels in the kingdom
• Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets month on month.
• Identify key accounts and strategically secure profitable business.
• Implement sound business strategies for enhancing market visibility & product awareness.
• Facilitate Sales Training for channel representatives and develop new sales programs as and when required.
• Provide Pro-Active support to the channel partners.
• Submit weekly performance reports, data and analysis.
• Identify and explore new markets / verticals and tap profitable business opportunities resulting in New Customer Acquisition.
• Key Account Management leading to Key client Retention
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Pro-active coordination within all the departments of the organization to ensure smooth flow of business
In addition you will be an active participant in regional events such as Exhibitions, Seminars and other security solutions trade fairs.

Who we're looking for
To be successful in this position you will be a seasoned sales professional with a knowledge of the Saudi market and sales into government sectors, in addition:
• Should be willing to travel and stay within Middle East when required.
• Pleasant personality, good command over English/ Arabic and communicative.
• Holder of Saudi Driving license.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with previous working knowledge on ERP preferred and Good knowledge on MS office products.
