The CEO of Retail will report to the Chairman of this highly diversified group and will be mandated to perform the following:
- Lead, manage and grow a diverse and already successful Middle Eastern retail business.
- Will possess a track record of Business Development in the Middle East. For example, will have identified a notable US/UK/European brand and negotiated the on boarding of that brand. This is essential to applying for this position.
- Restructuring the existing businesses (currently profitable and successful) to enhance profitability within the group and implementing best practice.
- Managing and establishing key relationships with existing and potential business partners.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will be a highly accomplished strategic business leader with a track record of delivering growth within a medium to large retail business. Knowledge of the Middle Eastern market will be advantageous but not essential.
