This is an ideal opportunity for someone to take on a lead operational role with a market leading soft facilities management and catering services provider. The candidate will be directly reporting to the Cleaning & Facilities Management Director and be permanently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. To be considered for this role the right candidate will possess the following :

•Key experience in operational support to all the business unit managers and supervisors within the allocated cleaning and FM contracts.

•The candidate must implement simple yet effective service delivery in line with SLA's and KPI's set forth by the team in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

• The candidate must have sharp financial skills, and also be capable in negotiating contract renewals and re-negotiation

• The candidate must be able to develop and maintain excellent client relationships and also manage onsite incident investigation related to HSEQ

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role, you must have hold a degree in a relevant subject along with a minimum of 8 years post graduation experience in Facilities Management. At least 3 years will have been spent in an operational role supporting various project teams within soft facilities management. You must also possess strong financial skills and a working knowledge of accounting/reporting systems. Knowledge of HSEQ skills is highly advantageous.
