Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor you role would be to oversee the entire office and warehouse in Saudi Arabia. Since the company is considered as a start up, you will be required to support in sales and non sales functions. Some of these non sales functions would include office management, account payables, customer service, sales order and project management. You also be required to perform all operational and logistic transactions for the warehouse's activity which are receiving, stock control, inventory adjustments, billing, returns and credit notes and organise transportation.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a degree qualified candidate preferably with a logistics or transportation background. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience with a logistics organisation (carriers, forwarders, distributors). You must have a strong understanding of logistics and administrative processes which include customs clearance,receiving, returns cycle counts, picking, packing, shipping, and billing. You must be currently living in Saudi Arabia as we are only interested in candidates who are familiar with the import/export procedures to/from Saudi Arabia. To apply for this role, you should be an Arabic speaker as well as proficient in English. The role will also require occasional travel across Saudi Arabia, Middle East and Europe.
