Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will assist with ensuring the very best people are recruited into the business. You will implement best practices and streamline processes, whilst supporting the broader Human Resources team. You will interview candidates, screen CVs, shortlist and make offers. You will also participate in manpower planning whilst influence key decisions with senior Managers in the business. You will also be responsible for writing job descriptions and will assist the compensation andbenefits team on job analysis/ grading.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Recruitment or HROfficer, ideally within an Oil and Gas environment and experience working within a Western or multinational business.
You will be a dynamic Recruitment professional with a strong key focus towards excellence in quality in every aspect of the role, with experience in a complex and technical recruitment.
You will be an independent self-starter with the ability to take ownership of multiple projects and co-ordinate assignments from start to finish with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent Arabic and English is essential for this role.
