The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire office, including following up with junior staff, developing a training plan and assisting the regional office manager with recruiting and deploying young staff.Other duties include managing the allocation of office space, resolving any problems that relate to the operation of the office facilities and handling the office inventory and pantry. In addition to this, you will also be responsible in providing secretarial and administration support to 2 or 3 executives namely, extensive diary management, planning and arranging travel bookings, expenses and medical management etc.

Who we're looking for
To qualify for this role, applicants must be/have:
• A Qatari residential/ employment visa.
• 3-5 years experience in Office management/ EA roles with a reputed company
• Intermediate to advanced level on Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to identify and resolve conflicts
• Clear and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations.
• Strong managerial presence
