Forecast Manager

Based in their regional head office, and reporting directly into the Supply Chain Director, the Forecast Manager will be responsible for performing the daily operations that are required for generating and integrated in-market volume and value forecast. The main responsibilities of this role will include driving the forecasting cycle for all Gulf and Near East markets covering 3 forecasting streams (Trade, Tender and Vaccine Forecasts), working closely with all markets to support them in improving their forecasts, by increasing their use of statistical forecasting tools, calculating all forecasting KPI's that focus on improving forecast accuracy and participating in monthly S&OP meetings, where they will be required to challenge and have ownership of the regions forecast.

This role will play a key link between our clients Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain departments.

Who we're looking for
In order to be relevant to join our clients expanding team here in Dubai, it is essential that you possess a bachelors degree in a related field from a recognised university. The ideal candidate will have between 3-4 years experience of applying demand management and forecast skills within a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment as well as proven experience in demand/forecasting management policies, procedures and processes. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skill as they will be dealing with senior personnel within the organisation.
