This role will be responsible for the strategic development of the Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits function. With a team reporting to you, you will ensure the organisation can implement best practice polices and procedures and Hay methodology as well as operationally managing Senior level recruitment. In addition you will oversee the rest of the Generalist HR function.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Manager, ideally within an Oil and Gas sector. You must have demonstrated experience in Recruitment and Compensation and Benefits as well as a Generalist HR background. In addition you will have direct experience of Hay methodology (preferably qualified), benchmarking, salary reviews, job analysis and best practice recruitment polices and procedures.You will be an independent self-starter with the ability to take ownership of multiple projects and co-ordinate assignments from start to finish with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you must be able to manage and influence Senior stakeholders within the organisation
Fluent English is essential.
