Their offerings range from luxurious amenity kits to practical essentials, catering to diverse needs and budgets.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and daily accounting operations.
  • Ensure timely payments by sending payment reminders and communicating directly with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Generate reports for financial analysis, such as accounts receivable aging reports, credit control reports, and other trend analyses.
  • Reconcile sales receipts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and prepare fixed asset schedules, depreciation schedules, and related journal entries.
  • Collaborate and provide support to operations teams across overseas offices.
  • Contribute to the month-end closing process by assisting with task completion and preparing necessary schedules.
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments as needed.



 

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong personal qualities including proactiveness, self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
