As an AI Enterprise Manager, you will lead and front end all AI initiatives across the entity. You will manage the AI delivery and take accountability for the identification, design, and delivery of AI use cases across all units. You will play a key role in translating AI strategy into scalable execution, ensuring architecture, governance, and adoption models are robust and aligned to enterprise standards.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage AI adoption, overseeing enterprise wide AI delivery.
  • Drive Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives across the organisation.
  • Identify, prioritise, and deliver high value AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
  • Define and evaluate AI architecture frameworks, orchestration models, and governance standards.
  • Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise data platforms, security requirements, and scalability principles.
  • Act as the primary AI interface for business stakeholders across all BUs.
  • Evaluate and challenge third-party vendor AI approaches and architectural models.
  • Collaborate closely with Governance, Data , and Analytics to ensure integrated execution.
  • Uplift internal AI capability and embed structured adoption across the business.
  • Provide clarity on AI methodology, lifecycle management, and multi-agent orchestration models where relevant.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong technical foundation in AI with experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to articulate foundational AI architecture, governance frameworks, and scalability considerations.
  • Platform agnostic exposure (Microsoft ecosystem, AWS environments, OpenAI or equivalent).
  • Experience leading AI or advanced automation initiatives across complex set ups.
  • Proven capability managing technical teams and driving structured delivery.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data environments and integration points (e.g., data platforms, analytics layers).
  • Core understanding of automation frameworks and RPA concepts (Power Platform exposure).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate AI concepts into business value.
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience operating within cross-functional team.
