Job Description

  • Develop and implement AI-native procurement frameworks, digital platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Lead specialized teams in vendor performance, digital spend analytics, and sustainability.
  • Act as a SME for AI-driven procurement.
  • Drive adoption of predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation.
  • Monitor and report on AI-enabled procurement KPIs and compliance.
  • Foster innovation, resilience, and sustainability across sourcing practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Native Procurement professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (advanced certifications preferred).
  • 7-8 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Proven leadership in AI-driven procurement or digital sourcing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, governance, and supplier management.
  • Experience with ERP systems, AI procurement tools, and predictive analytics.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
