About Our Client

Our client is a leading diversified conglomerate that has operations globally. They are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the performance of the systems within shared services

Job Description

  • Proactively assist the line manager with identifying new opportunities to drive continuous process improvements
  • Evaluate the shared services systems performance to ensure that they are operating in an efficient manner and subsequently, assess new opportunities to drive system improvements
  • Consistently oversee shared services processes to ensure that they adhere to business needs
  • Assess and gauge the performance of existing systems across the shared service function. Subsequently prepare service delivery reports highlighting areas for improvements
  • Conduct service delivery workshops periodically to ensure that the shared services staff are up to date with business requirements
  • Continuously evaluate processes to identify best practices and procedures to streamline business operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is a MUST
  • Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements is a MUST; ideal candidate has a background in finance and technology
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
