Our client is a Dubai based company that provides financial services to businesses and affluent individuals. The company offers a wide range of services including accounting, bookkeeping, CFO expertise, concierge services, corporate services, and family office support services.

Job Description

1. Tax Compliance and Planning:

  • Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns for the family office, ensuring strict adherence to Russian and UAE tax regulations.
  • Proactively provide strategic tax planning to optimize tax efficiency across both jurisdictions.
  • Stay abreast of tax legislation changes in Russia and the UAE, offering expert advice on their impact on the family's financial strategies.



2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform decision-making, including tax optimization, investment performance, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate closely with external advisors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.



3. Asset and Investment Management:

  • Support the effective management and monitoring of the family's diverse investment portfolio, encompassing real estate, private equity, and other assets.
  • Conduct rigorous due diligence and financial analysis for potential investments, providing data-driven recommendations based on market trends and tax implications (optional).
  • Partner with external investment advisors to align the family's investment strategy with their financial goals.



4. Family Office Administration:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as document management, record-keeping, and correspondence related to financial and personal matters.
  • Foster strong relationships with external service providers, including banks, tax advisors, legal professionals, and property managers, to optimize service delivery.
  • Create clear and informative presentations, reports, and communications for family members and other stakeholders.



5. Personalized Assistance Services (Concierge Services):

  • Provide exceptional support in coordinating luxury lifestyle management services, including travel arrangements, personal shopping, event planning, and other personalized requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure consistently high-quality and timely service delivery.
  • Anticipate and fulfill the personal needs and requests of family members to enhance their overall experience.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferred professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in a family office or similar setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Russian and UAE tax laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and investment management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with high-net-worth clients and service providers.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
