Job Description

  • Support all aspects of the relationship with Consultants/Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ensure products and systems are included in the specifications for projects.
  • Provide technical assistance to Consultants/Specifying bodies.
  • Communicate specification details, project details, and contractor information to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Liaise closely with the sales team and ensure all projects are followed up with the successful contractors.
  • Stay informed about market conditions and competitor activities, sharing relevant information with sales management and product managers.
  • Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue inquiries and sales opportunities in new sectors.
  • Expand the assigned portfolio by proactively prospecting through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong presentation skills are essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in person, in writing, and over the phone.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Extensive experience in specification and vendor listing.
  • Proven ability to influence external experts in technical and product-related matters.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in the UAE and GCC regions.
