Job Description
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Lead business development activities and create strategies and plans to deliver significant growth to the region
- Develop industry knowledge to lead with insights, educate potential customers to establish value-based partnerships
- Lead strategic conversations with C Level and demonstrate value in our solutions
- Evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals that help grow regional footprint
- Effectively build, manage, and close a sales pipeline of qualified customers for services
The Successful Applicant
To be successful for this role, you must have the below experience and attributes:
- Experience in proactive outbound value-based solution selling
- 3-5 years pure business development/ sales development experience in a relatable environment of SaaS, software, intelligence in UAE
(account management experience is not going to be considered for this role as purely to generate new business opportunities for our client)
- Extensive experience of C-level commercial negotiations
- Proven track record of leading discussions in value-based, customer-centric buying methodologies, exceeding objectives, and financial goals
- Strategic thinker and market expert: Accountable for identifying growth opportunities, defining strategies, prioritizing sales plays, and developing go-to-market execution plans
- Experienced in working cross-functionally
- Passionate about providing a world-class customer experience
