Well respected multinational FMCG in the food category with a growing presence in the region.

Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this person will be responsible for;

  • Managing the distributors across Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman with future addition of Levant
  • Lead key accounts directly and through the distributors team along with the development of JBPs and negotiation process
  • Support the development of weekly to quarterly sales forecasts for the LG markets
  • Developing commercial plans related to forecasting, pricing and budget allocation alongside the RSM
  • Cross functionally working with other teams to ensure the monitoring and growth of the brand

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role, you must have following experience;

  • Atleast 3 years of FMCG regional KAM/Sales experience working for a multinational FMCG company or 5 years of FMCG sales experience at distributor level managing strategic/head office level projects
  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
  • This is a hands on role and the ideal person will function well in an autonomous and entrepreneurial environment

What's on Offer
