We are looking for a dynamic professional to support in business development and strategic initiatives across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, preferably within law firms, and must possess strong pitching and presentation skills.

Job Description

  • Lead and execute all relevant pitches and RFPs including collaborating with the global proposals team when applicable.
  • Own the drafting and finalisation of all Arabic materials.
  • Prepare relevant directories and award submissions for Riyadh office and contribute to the broader regional efforts (as applicable).
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the government and private sectors.
  • Work closely with partners who will engage with clients directly, providing critical support on strategic efforts.
  • Plan, organise and manage seminars, events, conference attendance and sponsorship as well as other targeted marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Ideally 4-5 years in a business development role within law firms or professional services
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • Proven track record in business development across the government and private sectors.
  • Experience supporting business pitches effectively, managing government tender portals and high-stakes presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills to handle a busy, fast-paced environment.
