Job Description

  • Drive new business development across UAE (primary) and GCC (Oman, KSA, etc.)
  • Promote warehouse automation solutions tailored to client needs
  • Build relationships in target industries: food, logistics, manufacturing, cold chain, pharmaceuticals etc.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with HQ and third-party partners for solution delivery and support
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven track record selling warehouse automation systems, including pallet handling, shuttle systems, conveyors, or WMS/WCS software
  • Deep understanding of client needs in food & beverage, cold chain, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environments
  • Comfortable discussing technical aspects of automation solutions with operations and engineering teams
  • Self-starter with the drive to build market presence from the ground up in a new region
  • Skilled in consultative selling, relationship development, and closing complex B2B deals
  • Arabic language is a plus but not required
