Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full distributor relationship for Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong performance and market execution.
  • Drive the implementation of commercial strategies across key channels, with priority focus on Modern Trade and Key Accounts.
  • Strengthen the brand's presence across retail, out‑of‑home, and emerging channels in the Kingdom.
  • Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee forecasting, planning, and performance management with the distributor.
  • Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing activities and visibility initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Minimum 4+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector in Saudi Arabia, ideally with a multinational organization
  • Strong experience in Key Account Management within the Modern Trade channel.
  • Broad understanding of multiple sales channels (retail, out‑of‑home, emerging channels).
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and resilient mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills and commercial acumen.
