Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all operations across the Kuwait market, ensuring strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to global brand standards.
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the brand's presence through new store openings and market development.
  • Manage and develop the country leadership team, building a high-performance culture across operations, marketing, and support functions.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise partners, landlords, suppliers, and regional leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations within QSR, F&B, retail, or franchise environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, including new store rollouts and market expansion.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L, improve profitability, and deliver operational excellence.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
