Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for large-scale IT and digital transformation projects
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on change initiatives
  • Oversee the creation of communication, training and engagement plans tailored to different audiences
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to the adoption of new technologies and processes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams and business leaders on best practices for managing change
  • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives through key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with an in-depth knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks and tools (e.g. Prosci)
  • At least 10 years of experience and a proven track record in successfully leading change management efforts within public sector or government environments in the GCC
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring high levels of collaboration
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
