Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and risk management.
  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance department.
  • Monitor and control cash flow, costs, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate in German to business standard.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience in B2B services is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
