Job Description

  • Define and execute HR strategy across multiple sectors and business units.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and HR analytics.
  • Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.
  • Provide hands-on support for operational HR matters, including labour relations and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and sector HR teams to deliver consistent HR practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on people-related matters.
  • Champion DEI initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and performance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional labour laws.
  • Proven HR leadership experience in large, labour-intensive organisations (preferably 5,000+ employees).
  • Exposure to multi-industry environments and holding-level structures.
  • Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, and operational HR delivery.
  • Strong digital transformation experience, including SAP systems.
  • Pragmatic, firm, and empathetic leader with exceptional troubleshooting and execution skills.
  • Comfortable managing blue-collar-heavy workforces (70% blue collar).
