Set-up a well-defined, integrated governance framework for profitable, predictable, and simplified project delivery.
Define processes and systems for building project empowered organization.
Establish operational excellence, performance metrices and quality of insights using advanced analytics & digital technologies.

The individual should have the gravitas, stature, and maturity to build teams, motivate, and provide direction for high performance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:
