Job Description
- Establish and maintain an efficient legal compliance program
- Develop and revise existing organisation policies
- Inform senior management on the organisation's compliance with legislations
- Formulate action plans to mitigate compliance violations
- Conduct audits on company procedures and practices periodically to assess potential risks or weaknesses in existing controls
- Keep employees up to date with all compliance regulations and subsequently, address any concerns that they might have
- Formulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar position
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills
