Job Description

  • Conduct foresight research and in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges impacting Abu Dhabi.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate policies and implementation strategies, ensuring actionable insights.
  • Generate innovative, human-centric solutions to government priorities, designing, testing, and scaling transformative initiatives.
  • Collaborate with government entities to enhance proposals and maximize impact.
  • Build and maintain an active network of global innovators, thought leaders, and domain experts to bring cutting-edge thinking to Abu Dhabi.
  • Craft strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps for high-priority initiatives.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports that communicate insights effectively to senior government officials.

The Successful Applicant

  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 4 - 8 years experience in strategy consulting, social science research, data analytics, or process design.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in research methodologies, data interpretation, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience presenting insights to senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, balancing multiple priorities with precision and creativity.
