Job Description

  • Design and launch lifecycle and loyalty journeys to boost retention, engagement, and reward program performance.
  • Leverage CRM tools and first-party data to create personalised, multichannel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with digital, eComm, and product teams to align CRM with business goals.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance through data insights and A/B testing.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-8+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle roles in major brands or retailers.
  • Expertise in tools like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong project management, communication, and data-driven campaign skills.
  • Confident working across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organisation.
