About Our Client
The role is situated in Dubai. Our client is a leading technology business, it is an exciting time for the company as they are actively recruiting to grow their support team and are looking to hire a French speaking Customer Success Executive.
- Actively be involved in the client communication process: handle and follow-through via customer communication channels
- Managing the internal CRM systems and tasks to guarantee client requests are entirely handled
- Setting up meetings and training events for the sales team, as well as documenting meeting minutes, tasks and results.
- Coordinating with internal teams to confirm timely resolution of technical issues
- Advocate for and monitor the customer health of existing clients
- Working with clients in recognizing issues, prospects, and developments
- Identifying and suggesting improvements to the current service delivery processes
- Taking responsibility on accounts for sales and service events, goals and KPIs.
- Providing assistance to senior management in regards to sales and service-related activities.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of relevant customer management experience
- Fluent in English and French (Native)
- Great communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills
- Curious thinker with a problem-solving attitude
