The role is situated in Dubai. Our client is a leading technology business, it is an exciting time for the company as they are actively recruiting to grow their support team and are looking to hire a French speaking Customer Success Executive.

Job Description

  • Actively be involved in the client communication process: handle and follow-through via customer communication channels
  • Managing the internal CRM systems and tasks to guarantee client requests are entirely handled
  • Setting up meetings and training events for the sales team, as well as documenting meeting minutes, tasks and results.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to confirm timely resolution of technical issues
  • Advocate for and monitor the customer health of existing clients
  • Working with clients in recognizing issues, prospects, and developments
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to the current service delivery processes
  • Taking responsibility on accounts for sales and service events, goals and KPIs.
  • Providing assistance to senior management in regards to sales and service-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years of relevant customer management experience
  • Fluent in English and French (Native)
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills
  • Curious thinker with a problem-solving attitude
