The company is renowned for its operational excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality products to the market.Job DescriptionOperational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficient production.Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, and enhance competitiveness.Team Building: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on achieving operational goals.Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make data-driven decisions.Project Execution: Lead the erection and commissioning of a new steel section mill, ensuring successful project delivery.The Successful ApplicantProven steel industry experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the steel industry, with at least 5-10 years in a managerial capacity within Steel Medium/Heavy Section mill and steel rails production.Strategic leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and market position within the steel industry.Operational excellence: Proven ability to optimize production processes, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a steel manufacturing environment.Financial acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and the ability to analyze financial data to improve profitability.Project management expertise: Proven success in leading complex projects, such as steel mill erection and commissioning, from inception to completion.
