Job Description

  • Lead data-driven transformation projects across shared support services (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.).
  • Influence key decision-makers through clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Utilise strong domain knowledge in shared services to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Manage reporting and analytics functions, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
  • Guide technology adoption and integration into strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee teams, ensuring data strategies align with overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; with 10 years experience with at least 4 in a leadership/management role.
  • Extensive experience in analytics, with a focus on shared services (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal).
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic transformation projects.
  • Proficient in technology systems, data reporting tools, and management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions at all levels.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, aligning with strategic goals.
