Job Description

  • Project Management - Oversee the full development process from feasibility to completion.
  • Site Selection & Due Diligence - Identify and assess potential development sites, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Entitlements & Approvals - Secure permits and approvals, navigating zoning and land-use regulations.
  • Development Briefs - Define project objectives to guide design, delivery, and operations.
  • Design & Planning - Collaborate with consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Construction Management - Monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality standards.
  • Financial Oversight - Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with business plans.
  • Risk Management - Identify and mitigate project risks for successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Build relationships with investors, government agencies, and other key parties.
  • Market Research - Analyze trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
  • Team Leadership - Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
