Job Description

As Development Director, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the full development life-cycle including from feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, and delivery
  • Drive development strategy, business planning, and financial modelling for new and existing projects
  • Manage consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management
  • Work closely with senior leadership on investment decisions and portfolio optimisation
  • Ensure developments meet market demand, brand standards, and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior development role within residential, commercial, and/or hospitality real estate having delivered minimum 3-4 projects through the projects entire full lifecyle
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, large-scale developments
  • Excellent financial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Arabic speaking is advantageous but not essential
  • Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
