Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery from early design, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage and oversee consultants and contractors to maintain design integrity and performance standards.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, and progress tracking to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial and contract teams to manage procurement, variations, and cost control.
  • Provide strategic input to support the project's long-term development vision and operational readiness.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an experienced development professional with a strong project management background, ideally gained on large-scale, mixed-use projects in the GCC. They will combine technical and commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless coordination across design, delivery, and commercial functions.
