Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA framework for the platform.
  • Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of platform releases.
  • Design and execute detailed test plans, including UAT and automated testing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for performance and security testing.
  • Build and maintain a repository of test cases reflecting platform evolution.
  • Monitor QA metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in QA processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in QA and release management, with proven leadership capability.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with enterprise-level platforms and cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in automated testing, UAT, and security testing.
  • Effective collaborator with a track record of driving results.
