Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets in the ultra-luxury real estate sector.
  • Lead and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals, ensuring excellence in client engagement and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, private wealth managers, and institutional investors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to position projects effectively within the luxury market.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the brand at VIP events, private viewings, and international roadshows.



Please note, this role does not require high volume sales experience, experience in luxury residential sales with high ticket size will be prioritised or volume

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with a strong focus on high-ticket residential properties.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals at 40M AED+.
  • Strong network and relationships within the UHNW community in the UAE and internationally.
  • Leadership experience in managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in structuring complex deals and negotiations at the highest levels.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
