Job Description

Oversee the complete lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from planning to execution and commissioning.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards during project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines.
Drive quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and challenges.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment at the project site

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Head should have:

18+ years of experience in Project Management and post execution Site Management of Solar projects higher than 1GW capacity
A degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with a focus on renewable energy or project management.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the energy and natural resources industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a large organisation and coordinate with diverse teams.
