Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation by the CEO.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments within the organisation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Offer translation services as required, guaranteeing precise and culturally attuned communication in both Arabic and English languages

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing skills
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in a Start-up is a plus
