Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support business goals.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial controls effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Director should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA.
  • Extensive experience in financial management within the professional services industry.
  • Experience managing medium sized teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with financial software tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Be able to travel for work
