Job Description

  • Oversee the operations of the accounting and finance department.
  • Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Monitor budget preparation and the management of financial risks.
  • Experienced with AP, AR, GL, Treasury
  • Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
