About Our Client
Well-funded fintech start-up in the UAE looking to enhance customer experience focussed operations to support their exciting growth plans across the Middle East.
- Liaise with senior management to understand the firm's requirements and ensure they are aligned to its' overall strategy.
- Oversee improvement, enhancement, and execution of the operations team to ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
- Interpret and synthesise performance metrics to identify meaningful insights that can support your decisions.
- Incorporate insights and recommendations from the leadership team to develop strategic plan of action for the future.
The Successful Applicant
- Deep expertise in an operational role within a start-up environment, with a focus on customer experience, improving processes and operation management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred
