This is a strategic leadership role requiring end-to-end experience in building a greenfield data function, spanning data products, platforms, operating models, and the evolution towards AI-enabled capabilities.In this role, you will lead the end-to-end data technology strategy, driving execution and modernisation across data, AI and products capabilities. This is a senior leadership role balancing strategic vision with operational delivery.

Job Description

  • Define and execute data, advanced analytics, and AI strategy aligned to business priorities.
  • Implement strong product management practices with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, product, data, and DevOps.
  • Establish modern data platforms, BI, and reporting capabilities to enable insight-driven decisions.
  • Drive innovation through automation, DevOps practices, and responsible AI adoption.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data, Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in data technology roles, within wider experience.
  • Proven track record in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience delivering complex transformation and modernisation initiatives.
  • Expertise in data, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI.
