  • Align teams with customer experience strategy



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or Business
  • Master's (MBA or similar) preferred
  • 10+ years in fintech or digital banking
  • Experience in fintech startups or banking roles
  • Strong leadership across cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in product and customer experience
