The Head of GRC will be responsible for overseeing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to ensure organisational effectiveness across the business. This role is based in Riyadh and requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of risk management principles.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company policies adhere to the latest standards.
  • Lead risk assessments to identify, analyse, and mitigate potential threats to the organisation.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed GRC practices into daily operations.
  • Provide training and awareness programmes to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing GRC frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Report directly to senior leadership on GRC performance and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have the following background:

  • Extensive experience in overseeing large scale GRC teams in Saudi
  • Hold strong customer orientation qualities
  • Must be a Saudi national (due to Saudization)
