Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

  • Support current and future business needs through talent development and retention strategies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organisational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR leadership within the retail industry.
