Head of Information Security

About Our Client

Our client is a leading organisation in the Travel & Tourism industry, and based in Jeddah.

The Head of Information Security will be responsible for:

Implementation of Information Security strategy and roadmap
Performance management of the Information Security function
Budgeting cycle with Finance, for Information Security function
Improvements in the function's policies and procedures
Adherence to regulatory requirements
Implementing tools and technologies relevant to Information Security
Managing SOC (i.e. events and logs analysis, email security, cloud security, Vulnerability Assessment/Management, threat hunting, threat intelligence, incident response, etc.)
Managing GRC
Managing Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Providing subject matter expertise
Vendors/proposal evaluation and vendor management
Management reporting and dealing directly with key stakeholders of Information Security department
Recruitment, team management and development

The Head of Information Security will have/be:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields of study
5+ years of relevant Information Security experience, of which at least 2+ years must be leading the Information Security function
CISM, CISSP, CEH, GIAC SANS, or other relevant certifications
Strong knowledge and experience in security operations and security controls
Experience in Threat and Vulnerability Management
Knowledge of security products available in the industry
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Jeddah
