Head of Investments

The Head of Investments will be involved in the below:

• Define and refine investment objectives and policies that align with the family office's mission and goals.
• Develop and implement asset allocation strategies that optimize investment portfolio performance and risk management.
• Manage a diversified portfolio, including multi-asset, multi-currency, and multi-custodian strategies, in accordance with the family office's investment guidelines.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Continuously monitor and assess the performance and risk of the investment portfolio.
• Adjust the portfolio as necessary to respond to changing market conditions and investment objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of investment professionals.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional development within the team.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, evaluating associated risks and expected returns.
• Present informed investment recommendations regarding corporate finance assignments to the President and the executive committee.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including custodians, banks, auditors, and advisors.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive investment reports and insights to the President and executive committee.
• Clearly communicate investment performance and strategies to stakeholders.
